This service exists for two kinds of needs. The first is companies whose processes have outgrown spreadsheets or off-the-shelf tools: if the same data is being copied by hand between several tools, if preparing a report takes days, or if packaged software forces your way of working into its mould, we build a single, integrated system that fits your business. The second is anyone with a SaaS product idea: if you want to turn a problem you've solved in your industry into a product sold by subscription, we think like a product from the first release and lay a foundation that can carry growth.

The systems we build range from order, quote and stock tracking to customer and dealer portals, and from internal operations panels to SaaS products sold by subscription. When moving processes into software, we don't change everything at once: we start with the single process that hurts the most and widen the scope step by step as the team uses the new system in real work. Migrating your existing data into the new system is part of that plan.

To be honest, not every need calls for custom software. For a process that is standard and doesn't set you apart from competitors, an off-the-shelf tool is often the better choice; if that's the case, we say so plainly during discovery.

Our way of working is clear. We start with a discovery call and analyse your business model, current processes and user needs. We clarify the scope and decide together what truly belongs in the first release (MVP); the remaining features are planned for later phases. That way your budget goes first to the work that creates the most value, and the product is shaped by real user feedback. Then we produce user-focused design (UX/UI) and move development forward in short cycles. Through regular demos you see the working product early, and we set the direction together. After testing, we deploy the product to secure cloud infrastructure and launch it.

We make architecture decisions for the needs of growth, not just today. Scalable cloud infrastructure, role- and permission-based access, data security and backups are not added later; they are addressed from the first day of the project. We define who can see and change which records according to your business rules, and, where needed, can make it traceable who changed what, and when. For systems that process personal data, we build the technical measures required by KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law) into the design from the start.

A new system doesn't live on its own. We plan integration with your ERP, accounting, CRM and other services via API as part of the scope, so you don't have to enter the same data in two places by hand.

In a SaaS product, the same infrastructure serves many customers. That's why we set up a multi-tenant architecture from day one, with data isolation that ensures one customer's data is never visible to another. We also design subscription, plan and payment flows flexibly enough that you can change your pricing model later.

At handover, the source code and infrastructure access are transferred to you. You can keep developing the product with us, with your own team or with another partner.

The work doesn't end at launch. We measure usage, fix bugs and apply security updates; we prioritise new needs and keep developing the product step by step as you grow. The level of support included depends on the package you choose.
