1. Parties and Acceptance

The Site is operated by Onur Karabeyoğlu ("Kodakod") . Anyone who visits or uses the Site (the "User") is deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope of Services

The Site provides information about the web, mobile and AI product services offered by Kodakod, blog content and a means of contact. Information provided through the Site is for promotional purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or commitment. The final scope, price and terms of the services are determined by a separate agreement concluded between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — including texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, designs and software — belongs to Kodakod or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property legislation. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. User Obligations

When using the Site, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• to use the Site only for lawful purposes,
• not to engage in any attempt that endangers the Site's security, disrupts its operation or places excessive load on it,

You are personally responsible for the content you submit to the Site, such as blog comments. Submitted comments are subject to moderation before publication; Kodakod reserves the right not to publish or to remove content it considers contrary to these Terms of Use or unlawful. By submitting a comment, you grant permission for that content to be published on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Kodakod is not responsible for the content, privacy or usage practices of those sites; access is entirely at the User's own responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". Kodakod does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kodakod cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. This provision does not limit your rights arising from consumer legislation.

9. Changes

Kodakod reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page; your continued use of the Site means that you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise from the terms.
